If you are within our local area, we will send someone out to inspect/repair the problem. If not then we will require photos and a description of the problem and will take it from there.

Our local area for our in-house deliveries is from Gandia to Alicante and with this service we will also assemble your bed and take away the old one if required. For other areas please contact us for more information however this service does not include assembly and removal of an old bed and delivery may only be to your front door.

When you place your order you will be given the option to collect from our shop.
Most of our products are delivered within 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation (Subject to availability)
If you require your goods sooner you can choose a courier service (Latest order time 2pm) This service does not apply to embroidered items (Please note that products with embroidery will prolong delivery by up to 5 working days)
We will send you an email on the day of dispatch, your goods will be delivered on a weekday (excludes weekends and Bank holidays). Goods should arrive between 8am and 7pm, please ensure that you are available to take the delivery and sign for the goods (Please note that outside our local area we can only deliver beds to ground floor). If you are not in, the courier will leave you a card with their contact details so you can arrange a suitable delivery date.
